I appreciate the offer, but I'm not sure how feasible it is. I think it would be a hard sell to get the owner to drop the bike off somewhere, especially given it's low asking price, and if he is willing to do so he'll almost certainly expect payment for his trouble. Add to that paying LBS prices for packing and shipping plus a pick-up fee and I could easily be into a $35 frame for close to $200. Since it's already stripped I really just need someone to pick it, pop the handlebar and pedals off, and drop it in a box.
