Same here, México, in the app if i go to the steam guard my name appears as a bunch of numbers., All I see is people saying it goes down every Tuesday but I'd like to know at what time exactly does it go down and for how long? Whenever I download something, the download will start off well, at a few mb/s and even up to 40+Mb/s, but after about a minute it slows down to less then 1mb/s, and I have to restart Steam hopping servers from other countries., If successful, go check your Steam download section to make sure your network is downloading the package. The game name won't be visible, but as long as your network show any activity on the data usage, it's working..
