Issues and challenges of mobile cloud computing are performance, resources, and techniques (Akherfi, Gerndt, & Harroud, 2018)., • Design effective cloud computing solutions that take into account an organization’s structure, operational business processes, financial management, and cost model implications • Manage the process of migrating and transitioning to a cloud environment • Implement cloud computing architecture solutions that address cloud, • experiences with implementing this architecture using open-source Web-service software as the intrinsic technology, and • performance results demonstrating the viability of the resulting cloud computing system. IaaS, however, is not the only approach to implementing cloud computing that the commercial sector is currently pursuing., This paper proposes a 3-tier architecture for combining edge, fog and cloud computing that is needed to provide the means for a data life cycle over transit data feeds that can reinforce a data flow from things to the cloud, passing through edge and fog nodes.
