It seems that the only syncing facility offered by Stayz is to insert a 'widget' into your own (or someone else's) website that lets people see your availability and gives a 'request booking' button. There is indeed no iCal option, and if you paste the widget code into the AirBnB calendar import box, it will reject it. Thought that syncing through HomeAway might have worked since that's supposed to be the parent company, but no. No luck with iCloud either - I'm using Calendar on Mac to get an overview of bookings. A sync facility on Stayz would be super nice! (Now as I write I'm wondering if I paste the widget code into a Weebly, then paste the Weebly iCal address into AirBnB... hmmm...) My calendar on the public Stayz site is showing as greyed out for all dates. You can put in individual dates in the search, but then can't alter them; they remain grey, in spite of my dashboard calendar not being grey. I'.
Now that people have been listing their properties on multiple platforms for a little while now I was wondering how that is working out. What issues have you come across and which platforms do you think are good and which ones are bad., Why do the fees keep changing? So if you want to get bookings figure out how to set base to keep you below the 300+ point.
