However, since I'm from Bangkok, I'm not particularly impressed by rooftop experiences. The duck dish lives up to the hype—it was delicious. Drinks were decent, and the staff were attentive and courteous. Hajra T. 7 months ago I recently did a 19 person event at the private dining room of Duck and Waffle London. It was extremely well handled by Alvin. He gave it a personal touch by asking about our backgrounds and getting to know us more while he served us. It felt like we built a rapport even after just a few minutes together and made me feel like I could go to him for anything. Thanks again Alvin, you’re one of the reasons I’d wanna come back!! Service 5 star, Michael and Andres were very professional, friendly and they deliver an exceptional service. We choose the vegetarian options: cheesy polenta croquettes, corn ribs, olives and mains the vegetarian D&W with the tempura oyster mushrooms, lentils, broccoli and fries; and the chocolate mousse as a dessert. Everything was delicious. Good options of international wines and great cocktails. Beautiful view and perfect atmosphere. Couldn’t be better. I was lucky to find a reservation from the night before. I read that you needed to reserve few days in advance but that was not the case for me. Our anniversary dinner was even more memorable thanks to the night shift manager Prabin, who truly went above and beyond for us. It's not often you find someone who clearly takes pride in their work. The staff’s attentiveness, thoughtful check-ins, and friendly attitude made our anniversary dinner feel special. We'll definitely be back and will gladly recommend it to friends and family!
