Tate reached out immediately to apologize and said that we had spoken over the phone about how they didn't feel they would be a good fit for the local market we were trying to target, since they didn't have an office here. I immediately responded, and adjusted my review. While I cannot speak to their marketing talents, I can absolutely say that they have been extremely professional in all of our communications, and am actually a bit disappointed that we aren't able to work together after their quick response to my mistaken negative review.
