I used it in DFW for 3 years at a GC. From a GC standpoint, the opportunities were not the good part, the network of subcontractors was. It made it easy to satisfy MWBE and HUB requirements and find the occasional good sub you hadn't been aware of before. It would definitely be worth it just from that alone. Now if you are a subcontractor, I would think that 1,800 a year would be well worth it even if you just got a few phone calls a year that you wouldn't have before.
