Now, I have boxes full of generations of REAL Craftsman tools, but I stopped even looking at them after Stanley Black & Decker bought the brand because they further cheapened their design. I'm bothered because I found the Kobalt brand to be very good at the price point, and my experience with warranty was like 20 years ago at Sears. I have a full box of Kobalt at our little cabin so I wasn't dragging tools anymore, and gifted sets to my son and nephews because of that decent quality and warranty. , I'll do the usual, check review sites, Consumer Reports etc. But I wanted to know if anyone has had a good experience locally shopping for a new washer and dryer. I would normally avoid Best Buy but our repair guy recommended them. There is one close to us in Brier Creek. Home Depot / Lowes are on Capital Blvd. We had a power surge that fried our existing washer/dryer. Service tech said no , So, contrary to earlier widespread reports, Lowes is in fact abandoning Kobalt hand tools for Craftsman. Not that I have anything against craftsman tools, however on with the original poster that when Stanley bought out Craftsman they ended up cheating, On how average would a 250 gallon propane tank last? I have one at my house and all the major appliances run on it; the stove/oven, central furnace,, I have 2 young crepe myrtles with these white spots on the limbs and what looks like black power on the leaves. Does that mean its 240 watts? 120 x 2 = 240. If so can I run it using my 400 watt outlet in the RAM box? I am weary to try it. Afraid it will blow a fuse or the inverter or burn up wire. Thoughts? Is my math wrong?.
