It was an advertisement to move out of state. Btw, cents are made up as I don’t recall but pretty sure I remembered $1.55 for CA is accurate hence our state gas prices per gallon., I mentioned transferred ownership in my post but yes vehicles less than 8 years old when first registered in CA from out of state will require smog. For those that ride, motorcycles are smog exempt but out of state motorcycles need a minimum of 7,500 miles on the odometer before being brought into the state and registered in CA., It arrived.
