Unfortunately, while the radar shows the blue dot denoting my location and shows the radar images of precipitation, the map is totally missing., Other weather apps with complications work when downloaded but weather channel says no weather data even though it is connected to my phone. I already had the settings you described. I also tried rebooting, turning wifi on and off, and removing and re-adding the app. Everything is up to date as far as software., Weather Channel Desktop App load when 1st downloaded, but will not load. Tried using compatibility setting 4 Windows XP (Service Pack 2 & the w/ 3) no luck System I am running is Windows 7 (64 bit) If, weather channel on Windows 10 - what happened?? Up to about a month or so ago, a wonderful weather channel app would clearly display weather information, and had clear maps with attribute settings that would "stick" once they were set. I have the Weather Channel App for Windows 10 installed on my main computer., From the list, select "The Weather Channel," and then click on "Add/Remove." Follow the prompts to uninstall the application. To remove Weather Services from your PC, you click on "Start" - "Settings" - "Control Panel". Double click on the "Desktop Weather" weather services icon, then click on the "Uninstall Weather Services" button..
