Since the only way to make it involved Trillium Bars and an alchemist, I had to find a way to get as many Trillium Bars as possible (and an alchemist who would sell me their daily transmute cooldowns). There are two ways to obtain Trillium Bars, transmuting Ghost Iron Bars, or smelting Trillium Ore. Both of those methods happen to require you farm lots of Ghost Iron Ore in the most efficient way possible. I'll explain how.In order to get Trillium Ore nodes to spawn, you have to give them some place to spawn. Trillium nodes share nodes with Ghost Iron (in specific zones). If the Ghost Iron spawned in the node, none of the other spots within that node will spawn Trillium. You have to mine the Ghost Iron ore and hope Trillium respawns.To do this in the most effective way possible, you want to mine out the node, go do something else (such as more mining) while waiting for the node to respawn and then come back to the node after it has respawned. Hopefully it will be Trillium. If not, you start over, mining out the Ghost Iron, going to do other stuff, and then coming back to the node.Based on my ore counts, I'd estimate Trillium nodes spawning 6% of the time or 1 in 16 nodes. Plenty of people will probably recommend routes that take you all across a zone to find these few Trillium Ore nodes. However, these routes aren't efficient. If you intend to farm up Trillium Ore, you need to mine the fewest nodes possible the maximum times per hour. What I'm saying is instead of mining 100 different nodes twice per hour, mine 10 different nodes 20 times per hour. Every node respawn is a chance at getting Trillium Ore to spawn. Assuming every node in your route started out as Ghost Iron, 19 respawns at 10 sites is 190 chances at getting Trillium ore to respawn. Going all around the zone mining everything in sight gives you only 100 chances at getting a Trillium respawn.My route brings in roughly 9 Ghost Iron Ore per minute or 27 stacks per hour. This is approximately 4 and a half bars of Living Steel in materials per hour. Any Trillium deposits you find will only increase your yield.My route starts in the Tu Shen Burial Ground. There are hostile mobs in the area, but most of them won't bother you and will be busy fighting friendly NPCs. Because of these hostile mobs, a lot of people don't farm here. They see and hear the clashing of swords of the hostile mobs and skip the area. After you've mined out all of the nodes in the area, you have about 30 seconds before the nodes start respawning again. Quickly head up to the Five Sisters, mine up any unprotected nodes and then head back to where you started and start all over again., In the Metal & Stone category. An item from World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria. Always up to date with the latest patch (5.5.0)., Transmute trillium into living steel (has a really high proc chance for transmute spec). Make small profit off initial living steel bar (due to mined ore and trillium bar procs), any additional bars are pure profit..
Living Steel can be transmuted either with a daily cooldown: [Transmute: Living Steel] with 600 / 605 / 610 / 615 Alchemy and discovering the recipe while crafting other items. Requires [Philosopher's Stone] and 6x [Trillium Bar]. or not, with a cost of 3x [Spirit of Harmony]:, Living steel is an easy way to make gold with , as long as your a transmutation master. Even better if you are farming motes of harmony., Belt buckles are back in Mists, but this time they are more expensive. They require a Living steel, which is on a daily cooldown for alchemists. I expect the big value here will be the transmute, but from my own experience from original mists the buckles sell VERY fast., I was unable to craft living steel on an alt after crafting it on my main. All other daily cds are character specific as far as I’m aware., Living Steel is a crafted material gained from transmuting 6x Trillium Bars. Living Steel is used in a variety of crafts, specifically high value Mounts and Transmog crafts., When performing this transmute, you have a chance to learn additional recipes. The number of recipes you can learn is limited by your skill in Alchemy. Transmutations of this magnitude can only be done once each day. Your comment must be in English or it will be removed.
