I appreciate the offer, but I'm not sure how feasible it is. I think it would be a hard sell to get the owner to drop the bike off somewhere, especially given it's low asking price, and if he is willing to do so he'll almost certainly expect payment for his trouble. Add to that paying LBS prices for packing and shipping plus a pick-up fee and I could easily be into a $35 frame for close to $200. Since it's already stripped I really just need someone to pick it, pop the handlebar and pedals off, and drop it in a box. It's the sort of thing done regularly in here but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be anyone local, at least no one seeing the message.:(, Asking $135, you can reach me through the Craigslist email relay. Interesting at $300 still hasn't hit reserve, so the seller clearly is aiming high. Very good presentation/marketing of a nice frame that has some interesting touches. Even getting a mixte frame w/forged dropouts is pretty good, but one with dropout adjuster screws is definitely a cut above the norm. That all being said, I've been marvelling at the price. Don't know whether it is worth .
