I swear, last year and before, I was able to seemlessly transfer to my My Service Canada account directly from the My CRA Account portil. I can not find the button to take me there its missing from the portil, however all the help documents say it is still possible to do and tell you to click the button, but its not there, is it a glitch or is the feature gone for good? I was actually exploring all options that is why i mentioned another company. I’m actually new to filing taxes especially by myself. I have everything ready in turbo tax as well to be submitted. I just wanted to know if I submit my taxes through turbotax now and get a NOA in a few weeks…. I’d then be able to make my new CRA account right?, The "My Account" login for personal, on CRA web site seems to be down for the past few days. Has anyone experienced the same issue or it is my computer? I am using IE and Chrome and both can't access it. I entered the login and clicked the button and the site would show all broken links, including their "Partners Login". Scroll all the way down to Provincial Sign-in Partner. Thank you for choosing TurboTax., I contacted Bell technician and asked him to refresh my message system and he did, I just tested it 5 minutes ago on TD Bank account sign-in using SMS message, I can now receive passcode in SMS message to enter my account. So in the future if this issue happens, just contact your cell phone provider to refresh your message system..
