I have used all 3 as well. Mpix, Mpix Pro and Millers. As far as prints go, it is exactly the same printer, print paper, ink, and technique. The only difference is the price. If you compare the catalogs for all 3 you will notice that the main difference is PRICE. Mpix is geared toward non-professional, Mpix Pro is one level up, and Millers is their higher end which is the most expensive. The products will vary from the 3 slightly as well, but not by too much. As for color correction, if your monitor is calibrated properly you should not be paying a lab to "color correct" your images., There are differences. MPIX pro's catalog is wider than Miller's and includes things like framing. Miller's will do (and encourages) their color correction, mpix pro will not do color correction at all (mpix, the consumer side, can and will). Mpix Pro's free shipping is only if the order exceeds $100, but is all fedex and I believe next day., Mpix offers more stereo human face on portraits than adorama. These can be identified by naked eyes. Using a Pentax 5.5x Loupe, I could see finer edges on mpix prints with about 1.5x resolution than adorama. Order 2 small print - 1 that Mpix color corrects, and 1 that Mpix does not color correct. The main point is that Mpix guarantees photos they color correct, and does not guarantee photos they don't color correct., Highly satisfied with mpix.com, but I send them files from a color managed working environment in sRGB color space. So I'm not asking for any skilled human intervention. The quality is excellent, the color is true, the packing and shipping are excellent, service is fast. Also make sure upon saving to jpeg you use high quality compression level jpeg settings like say around 8-10 in Photoshop as a precaution.

If you calibrate your monitor and you want your prints to look a certain way using Mpix and MpixPro is not problem because they do not color correct. If you want them looked at by a professional and do not have experience with ICC color profiles you can open an account with Millers., MPIX has always rocked for us, and with them printing on the same Kodak Endura paper as everyone else it really doesn't make sense, however, I would never let them color correct my images whether it be MPIX or Millers, considering color correction and manipulation is what we do..
