Hi @Mark Cashmore ,. The Active Sprints tab only shows the issues belonging to the sprint that is active (started) at the moment.. For example, looking at the provided screenshots: In the Backlog tab I can see that you have 3 sprints: #1 17 June - 1 July (active/started) #2. 1 July - 15 July #3 15 July - 29 July; In the Active Sprints tab you only see the issues belonging to the Sprint that is , When you go into your sprint backlog there is a Create Sprint button. When you use this button it doesn't create an active sprint. The active sprint is only the sprint which has currently been started. Depending how your instance is setup there may also be a limit to only one Sprint per board at a time, but this is a global setting., The dialogue box mentioned here can be used to set the schedule for the sprint being started. The question, in my understanding, is to create a schedule of multiple sprints at once. After the schedule is created, the sprint value and corresponding dates are automatically picked up at the time of starting a new sprint., If you are using a team-managed project, you can enable Sprints from Project Settings > Features and then toggle on Sprints. Once you have sprints, you can go to the Backlog to create some sprints. You will need to set a sprint start and end date, or else the Roadmap won't know where to display the sprint on the timeline., Process Management project template is different from Software Development project template. In Process Management, you don't an option to create Scrum or Kanban board. Even if you add a Sprint field, you can't get an option to select Sprints which are created in Software project. If you have Sprint planning then go for Scrum Project. Thanks. V.Y, Solved: In the permission scheme, it is set as all logged in users can create a sprint. I am logged in, but not able to create sprint; it is grayed The filter was causing issues as Jira can't figure out which project(s) the board is related to. I am set as admin for the project and 'manage Sprints'permission is set to 'All logged in .
