Then, click the “Sign In” to access your online account. How to Register for Online Access on your Macy's Credit Card Account Register your Macy's Credit Card for online account access. Click “Create Account” and enter your full name, date of birth and email address to verify your credit card account. Choose your Macy's Credit Card password. The password must contain between 6 and 17 characters and have no spaces. The password is not case sensitive and may contain special characters. Note that your username will be your email address. Log in with your new Macy's Credit Card credentials. From the login page on the Macy’s website or its mobile app for iOS or Android, fill out the Email and Password fields using your new credentials, and click “Sign In” to access your account.
