I'm a yearly premium member of MyHeritage.com, and I log in using a previously established session. MyHeritage.com keeps generating an error message stating they cannot send emails to my address and suggesting I change it. Out of curiosity, I tried the "forgot password" option to test, and indeed, I'm not receiving any emails. Despite adding it to my trusted domains list, I still can't get emails from MyHeritage.com. Can someone please help me resolve this issue? Thank you,, If you have verified that the messages from MyHeritage.com are not being delivered to any folder (i.e. Junk, Deleted Items etc), then the likely cause is that the sender is on the Outlook.com "Blocklist" (either permanently or temporarily) which is completely separate from the Outlook.com "Blocked Senders" list., Emails from MyHeritage are treated as spam I have a problem with emails I receive from various email addresses within MyHeritage.com. They are all forwarded to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and then deleted from my inbox. I have set up some rules to do this for spam messages received from various senders but not for MyHeritage .
