I’m having the same issue and that doesn’t fix it. Other weather apps with complications work when downloaded but weather channel says no weather data even though it is connected to my phone. I already had the settings you described. I also tried rebooting, turning wifi on and off, and removing and re-adding the app. Everything is up to date as far as software. I have the premium pro annual subscription too so I shouldn’t have issues(I would think) but it only works when you open the app. This is annoying because I prefer weather channel please let me know if there’s anything else I can try to fix this. Unfortunately, while the radar shows the blue dot denoting my location and shows the radar images of precipitation, the map is totally missing., Weather Channel Desktop App load when 1st downloaded, but will not load. Tried using compatibility setting 4 Windows XP (Service Pack 2 & the w/ 3) no luck System I am running is Windows 7 (64 bit) If, weather channel on Windows 10 - what happened?? Up to about a month or so ago, a wonderful weather channel app would clearly display weather information, and had clear maps with attribute settings that would "stick" once they were set. You could manually move the slidebar to see radar tracking, and all was good., So, to get this clear, you’ve set up your weather widgets on the Lock Screen, but they show “Weather Unavailable”, which is a strong indicator of No Service, and you say you have abundant service, so the widgets should be showing data, but are not, in which case I’d recommend contacting Apple Support for further assistance., From the list, select "The Weather Channel," and then click on "Add/Remove." Follow the prompts to uninstall the application. To remove Weather Services from your PC, you click on "Start" - "Settings" - "Control Panel". Double click on the "Desktop Weather" weather services icon, then click on the "Uninstall Weather Services" button..
