I absolutely love my therapist and psychiatrist but I was not able to see them as much as I would like to. My appointments focused on me catching them up on my daily life rather than being able to consistently touch base on trauma management. I have tried to call but almost every time I am left on voicemail when trying to schedule appointments consistently by the front desk.
