To change the username for an account you need to deactivate the account (Account Register > upper right Gear icon > Edit Account Details > Online Services tab > Deactivate). Do this for each of the account. Then go to Tools > Add Account and start the online setup process using your new login. When prompted, make sure Link the downloaded data , I cannot access my Quicken account even though I am entering my password correctly. After resetting my password, the system still does not allow me to log in. I changed my Quicken ID and created a new user account with a new password. Somehow, my new account is using the old data, and I don’t understand how this happened., If so, sometimes Quicken gets out of sync with the Cloud Account associated with a data file. Perhaps that is what is causing your issue. If it is, the fix is simple: Log out of Quicken and then sign back in: Edit > Preferences > Sign in as a different user > follow the prompts to log out > sign back in with your current Quicken ID and PW ., Please note that if you attempt to login into your Quicken account before the allotted time the "timer" will be reset for an additional two hours. As long as this makes sense it does not work :( I left it overnight so definitely more than 2h, probably around 12h at least., Anja, I solved the "Quicken Online Services is Unavailable" problem. But I still can't sign-in to my account (or the community) using FireFox. What I am seeing: I click on sign in help for my password. I then get an email with a code, which I enter. Then I'm asked to put a new password in and then sign in., Then instead of updating the account, Quicken came back with an error: Care Code: FDP-106. Details: ACCOUNT_MISMATCH Account not found. No accounts returned - case 106. My account is valid, login is valid… so there's some movement, but the problem is not resolved..
