I can't always add them in my "safe senders" every time ... sometimes (for instance my insurance company - it's impossible to know what email address they will use). Last week it was a pdf from an Art Gallery, never got it, I contacted them, they sent it again : nothing, I sent a test email, they reply , then I got their email, the next day, another assistant (different email address) sent me the invoice... agin I didn't get it, I had to call the gallery ...), Well, when Microsoft decided to replace Hotmail by Outlook, my folder list changed to include them both – i.e., my Outlook inbox appeared at the top of my list of folders, and my Hotmail inbox appeared nearer the bottom. Both functioned in parallel, and I used both email addresses, for different purposes – a situation I was quite happy with., Why have emails have disappeared from my hotmail Inbox prior to March 4, 2023?.
Inbox folder only show emails from 5/1/19 to today 5/15/19 , I first noticed older emails just keep disappearing after the interface of hotmail starting changing in 2018 . and right now i cant find my old emails in inbox anymore , i want to contact Microsoft but the contact button redirect me to this forum and help page ??? what is going on ?, my inbox not working properly. Number of inbox messages changing then bold fonts inbox message changes to non bold. Search inbox for messages not functioning in finding past emails., All my inbox mails on my hotmail account disappeared. I have lost over 14 months of emails. They are not in my deleted file or archive. Can I get them back?, If the new outlook mailbox sends and receives emails normally, it means that the outlook mailbox server doesn't block these emails, and it may be that the hotmail settings interfered with these emails into your inbox.
