For the second time in a month, the command ribbon at the top of my Outlook msn.com email has gone blank. And when I call the technical support line at 800-642-7676, I cannot get through -- the AI idiot tells me they can't understand my problem. I did get through a month ago and someone took remote control and fixed the problem. Now, I can't get help at all. Any suggestions for how I can get the "move to", "delete," etc. buttons back?
