I believe Connor switched over to ABC in 1989, and I assume somewhere around that time Daggett came in at NBC. I liked Elfi as a commentator, she was direct and new her stuff. A lot of gym fans didn't like her because she made some rather unkind comments about a Russian gymnast (she shouldn't be on the team or something along those lines) at some point.
