Plenty of Brands that sell Pen-enabled tablets out there. As for Z Fold sales, it's not surprising. Foldable phones are mostly for show and not to get things done. The S-pen was always more of a power user thing. , I have a S Pen Pro and it no longer charges. It was great for my tablet. I'm disappointed that they have stopped selling it., I have the S-Pen Pro and the slim S-Pen case with the pen.
