From the Anishinaabe to the Haudenasaunee and the Métis, these treaty lands are steeped in rich indigenous history and modern traditions. As a community, we have the responsibility to honour and respect the four directions, land, waters, plants, animals and ancestors. Today, this area is home to many Indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island. We would like to acknowledge that we are gathered on the ancestral and treaty lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation of the Aanishinaabek Peoples and we would like to express our gratitude for sharing these lands for our mutual benefit. St James Catholic High School covers the ancestral and traditional territories of the Anishinabewaki, Attiwonderonk, Haudenasaunee and Mississaugas of the Credit., 57 Victoria Road North, Guelph, ON N1E 5G9 Phone: 519-822-4290 Email: Website by SchoolMessenger Presence. © 2025 SchoolMessenger Corporation.
