I have a Hybrid built July 26th 2024. I have a brake noise, at first roll/brake use. It is NOT the trombone sound as in the video referenced in a post above. My sound is much more like a grunt. It has happened 3 - 4 times now and so does not seem to be a one-off problem, but rather it is developing into a chronic problem. It is also true that after the first noise, it had not happened again during that trip/use of the vehicle. Makes me wonder if after using the car, the pads are sticking to the rotor as they cool. Or, if not sticking to the rotor, the pads are glazing, and the first use is rubbing that glaze off. This actually seems the more likely to me. I don't feel a shudder, vibration, any accompanying physical telltale, through the chassis or the brake pedal, when the sound happens. It is definitely coming from the front wheels not the rear, (as best I can tell). , 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Premiere I, Hybrid, Blue Panther Metallic, 20 inch wheels, build start date 12/25/23., In my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus, I noticed a weird noise coming from the rear doors. After taking it to the dealer, they diagnosed the issue as a problem with the door lock actuator. Their fix was to apply tape to the door latch striker, which reduced the noise. Has anyone else experienced this.
