Love or hate the rectilinear new look (and we think most will dig it), the Santa Fe now stands out. Does this upgrade come free? Not a chance. The 2024 Santa Fe costs a little over $5,000 more than before, but that price premium isn't for vanity alone as there's plenty new to enjoy.0:00 / 0:00The 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe comes better equipped than its predecessor, gaining the previously optional turbocharged 2.5-liter I-4 engine standard that makes 277 hp and 311 lb-ft of torque. Before, to get this engine instead of a merely adequate, 191-hp non-turbo 2.5-liter engine, buyers needed to step up to the nearly $42,000 Santa Fe Limited trim level, the second-most-expensive model in the lineup. Now the turbo engine comes on the entry-level Santa Fe SE; it's also included on the Santa Fe SEL, off-road-prepped XRT, Limited, and fancy Calligraphy trims.Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are also newly standard along with a 12.3-inch touchscreen, as is a new dual-hinged folding center console that enjoys extra space thanks to the shifter's relocation to the steering column. Three-row seating also is included, which fit thanks to the new Santa Fe's longer wheelbase and body.See All 49 PhotosAs you move up the 2024 Santa Fe trim ladder, the price gaps between this year's and last year's Santa Fes shrink somewhat. The XRT model is the exception. It comes with tougher styling, 30-inch all-terrain tires, and a slight lift kit for better off-road performance—actual hardware improvements the old model lacked—also now includes all-wheel drive as standard, for a heady $6,045 more than last year's all-wheel-drive Santa Fe XRT. The Limited is $2,810 more, and the Calligraphy is $3,960 more. Every gas-fed 2024 Santa Fe comes standard with front-wheel drive (save for the aforementioned XRT); Hyundai's HTRAC all-wheel drive is an $1,800 option on every other trim. For another sign that a lot of the Santa Fe's price jump from 2023 to 2024 is engine and content-related, look at the new Santa Fe Hybrid. Its MSRP barely budges relative to the old Santa Fe Hybrid's, mostly because its 231-hp gas-electric powertrain carries over basically unchanged. Prices for the least-expensive Santa Fe Hybrid SEL are up only $800 over last year's base trim, the Santa Fe Hybrid Blue model. Last year's Santa Fe SEL Premium spec is gone, so the next step along the hybrid ladder is the Limited trim, which costs $2,045 more; finally, Hyundai has added the Calligraphy spec to the hybrid lineup for 2024—it starts at $48,395. Hybrids get no longer get all-wheel drive standard (an $1,800 option).2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Pricing, More space and a funky new look make the redesigned 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe look radically different from before, but it retains its comfort-oriented road manners., Research the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe with our expert reviews and ratings.
