Also, my son is allergic to insect bites and his always flare several times. Have you tried anti-histamine tablets? Summer has been fab and news highlighted increased insect bites. We were in Cornwall totally infected byhorseflies cut dh had suspected Lyme disease bite by tick. Do you do lots of walking???? Check with GP. They then seem to develop a yellow fluid filled blister, which I'm currently sitting on my hands to stop myself scratching!, Sat afternoon I was bitten by a horsefly. It's very itchy, very sore and very swollen and isn't getting any better.
