Some ingredients that belong in a spring roll but aren’t in this one include, mint, basil, cilantro, cucumber, and sometimes red cabbage…this one is almost all lettuce. I also ordered Pad Thai, same thing, it’s all noodles. I literally got ONE piece of green onion and three cilantro leaves. I ate half of the meal, only two bites had egg. My past experiences here include getting pineapple fried rice with canned pineapple (at least grill it??), and asking to substitute—not add, but substitute—cucumber for chicken and being charged $4 for 5 slices of cucumber. Adding chicken to a dish here on Uber eats is only $2? And a whole cucumber is less than a dollar, even when out of season? I realize times are hard for small businesses. I am eating here to have a better food experience than fast food and I don’t mind paying more than it costs to eat at Taco Bell etc. But what I continue to receive is a lot of filler without high quality ingredients, or ingredients that MAKE the dish, while paying for a premium food experience.
