I called on the Monday requesting a look at my hot water service, which I suspected needed a new element. Was told someone would be around within 2 hours. On Tuesday morning a plumber arrived and declared that my whole system was on the way out and gave me 3 quotes. I decided to get a further opinion, and the plumber I contacted today told me it was the element/heater, arrived with the parts, and had the hot water running again in less than 2 hours. I saved $1600 by not listening to The Plumbing and Electrical Doctor.
