Thank you Mark1 happy user See moreKAAbsolutely worst platform.Honestly hostaway as channel managers is really overpriced.It charges me £33 per listings and some of my listings are in countries like Saudi Arabia which as you can imagine is not high revenue generating as european or american. I have written to them so many times about helping me out with a better deal or looking into my payments. No one has since replied. I have been a host for 5 years and the most we use hostaway or other channel managers is for the message automation and calendar sync, nothing else. no one wants to use your pricing or locks system or the 100 other random things you provide. Support calls are hard to schedule with staff diaries being fully booked days in advance and scheduled for 30mins at a time which we found is not sufficient considering we are using a brand new UI we are not familiar with at all. I think more time needs to be allocated to onboarding meetings and specifically to explaining and setting up financial formulas so that reporting is accurate from the moment you go live. The system itself can do with more improvement on functionality which we were told is in the development stage. We look forward to seeing those improvements soon.
