The Park Service responds to all the medical calls in the Park as Inyo County does not have a county-wide ALS medical system, relying on volunteer departments for BLS, and using a contractor for ALS in the Bishop area, and sometimes having medical personnel respond from Southern Inyo Hospital in Lone Pine for calls in the southern Owens Valley. Sheriff's secondary is on 151.025 and repeaters in the southeast portion of the county are probably not installed yet.
