Just my hunch...I could be wrong. I was very hypo after RAI and my endo just increased my dosage of synthroid. I take a product called threat ears that after about 1 month of taking really helped with the dry eyes. I jave since moved to taking a different omega 3 oil blend and I am still able to wear my contacts. A biotin supple,met seems to have helped somewhat with my nails and hair, as well as a shampoo that made my hair less unruly. It is called Acure brand and has lots of nice nutrients I it. My eyes are not too effected, I have continued to use my contacts throughout. My hair is falling out at the slightest touch, it is left all over close throughout the day which is worrisome and embarrassing from time to time. I constantly feel that by the time it begins to become stronger I will not have any hair by then.
